Firm price quotations are valid for a period of three months only from the date of quotation. The Sellers may, at their absolute discretion, accept or reject any order placed by the Buyer.

The customer shall inspect the goods upon delivery. The customer must notify us in writing of any apparent defects within one (1) week of the goods' receipt.
